My name is Lara San Agustin and I am a native of Colorado. I have lived in Colorado Springs for over 40 years! I enjoy traveling but I always get to come home to the most beautiful city in the country. I love the mountains and could never live without them! I graduated from high school and college right here in Colorado Springs and love to help people find the home that is perfect for them.

Born and Raised in Manitou Springs, I am blessed to call Colorado my home state.  Earning a degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2007, I proceeded to work in the Manitou Springs School District until my husband and I started our family in 2011.  With my knowledge of the Front Range area along with my passion for the Colorado lifestyle, pursuing a career in real estate has been a natural transition.  Connecting with families and surrounding myself with a sense of community has always been important to me as well as a priority.  Buying or selling a home is exciting but; can also be overwhelming.  I strive to expand my knowledge and expertise of the current market and make the process for my clients as smooth as possible.  It is important to me to create a relationship built on trust, honesty, and communication.   I would like to support you with your real estate needs.
