About East Colorado Springs

East Colorado Springs is located east of Downtown, west of Powers, north of Platte Avenue, and south of Austin Bluffs Parkway. The neighborhoods here are well established and are in close proximity to Peterson AFB, Palmer Park, and the Citadel Mall. The area provides easy access to the Powers corridor and Academy Blvd with many shopping and dining options nearby. Most neighborhoods offer affordable homes and were built over the past 20-40 years and are in hilly areas with larger lots, mature trees, and boast views of Pikes Peak. Colorado Springs School District 11 serves the families in the area.
