About Northgate

The Northgate area is located at the northern edge of Colorado Springs and is named for it's close proximity to the north gate of the United States Air Force Academy. It is just east of the Air Force Academy, north of Briargate, and south of Monument. Northgate is a booming area offering many new upscale homes, a wide array of amenities, offices, and retail developments. It's an attractive area for it's location near the Air Force Academy, proximity to Denver, I-25, popular school districts, and new neighborhoods. The area also boasts great views of Pikes Peak, the Front Range, and the Air Force Academy. Flying Horse is a popular and growing neighborhood in the Northeastern part of Northgate offering residents upscale golf course style living with a community feel. School District #20 and Lewis Palmer#38 serve the families in this area.
